NEW TEACHER: Myriam

About Myriam

Hey! I am Myriam, a yogi and artist. I come from France and I love yoga to and through the depths of my Heart. I practice and teach Yin, Hatha and Ashtanga with full passion.

Me and Yoga found each other at a time when I was quite stuck in my head and needed to listen to the voice of my body and soul's purpose much more. To this day and hopefully for as long as I can, the practice is a space of listening where I do not need to have all the answers, and into which I can let go of performance, limiting bindings and beliefs to just feel.

I teach because I want to support the continuity and lineage, serve and pass on the Gift of yoga to the seekers I meet. With sincerity and passion, to say thank you and honor my students, my teachers and all their teachers.

I hope to meet you soon in class!

Myriam has been the student of Lo-Fei Lin, Eva Juszcyk, student and assistant of Asia Lorenčič. She has followed workshops from Bernie Clark and a training course in Yoga Therapy (VKM) by Danka Bedarovna (Leipzig). She traveled to Sharath Jois in 2018 tour for a summer intensive and has never ceased to live by the philosophy she has received. She believes her mission is not to be secluded but to be with the people in the world, where real yoga is put to practice.
