SOUND HEALING + yin yoga | Sun 25 Feb 19:00-21:00

Join our beloved teacher Robin for the ultimate relaxation of Yin yoga + Sound Healing. During this soothing event, Robin takes you into the world of relaxation and healing. Exactly what we need during the dark and rainy winter months!

We practice yin yoga poses that help you feel at home within yourself, providing clarity, insights, and courage. During the yin poses, Robin guides you through a healing sound journey accompanied by Tibetan singing bowls, a crystal singing bowl, and 4 koshi chimes.

The sound and vibrations enable you to relax even deeper into the poses and work on physical, mental, and emotional levels. The vibrations of my instruments resonate with water. And since our bodies mainly consist of water, the vibration deeply penetrates each cell. This helps to lift blockages, allowing the energy in our bodies to flow freely again, and making us feel better.

About Robin

Hi, my name is Robin and I’m an energetic therapist. Working with the balance between my body and its energy is a lifestyle for me. This started around 10 years ago when I attended my first yoga class. This became the start of a journey that helped me get closer to myself

Before that, I could be rough on myself. Being a strong, independent woman has always been part of my identity. This brought me many beautiful things, but it felt like something was missing too. I was hiding my true self and not following my own desires

Energy work helped me to get to know the real “me”. It opened my heart, enabled me to trust myself and live the life that is destined for me. At the moment, I am navigating life as a new mom, while simultaneously growing my business as an energy worker, mainly targeted at other women and mothers

Love, Robin
